Not a great experience, AVOID! - Marketing Cynet Security Employee Review

- No autonomy on campaigns or budgets - The CEO is managing the marketing team with no strategic direction or tactical plan - No stability in the role, could be laid off or let go - No learning and development funds being spent on staff - All decisions seem to be made out of Israel with little to no input from local markets - Lots of money spent on hiring the C-Suite but no changes are made, they argue amongst themselves which is very visible to see and they do not care about their people, you are a commodity and will be treated as such
