      Few departments are having narow minded leaders who are reluctant to let you grow in career path 3 years bind for freshers extremely low salary at the start up level

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
