      Good Working environment, Good team support, Work-Life balance, Less work Load, Values for employee, fun activities, support from managers

      Cons

      Starting 3 years of the career salary will be not comparable to the market. It will be less. but after that salary growth will be fare.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
