      Nothing good to talk in pros

      They dont have projects they just hire the candidates put them into bench and removes them. Dont trust on there words

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
