      Start up, can be good in terms of some learning

      Management has no clue on how to take the product forward. It's sinking ship, stock option is a scam. Not a very moral/ethical place to be in

      Good product, intelligent engineers, and great third party relationships

      Cons

      A culture built on passive-aggressive reminders of your expendability. No concrete sales processes or vision on how best to create them. Marketing was present but offered little in the way of assistance. No cross team collaboration. Too much cross team bickering.
