Pros
Awesome woman-led organization, growing with more opportunities each year, moving closer to Wilmington/brand new facility in a great area. As part of a larger public org we have a lot of benefits that a small company would not otherwise have (bonus plan, stock options, 4 weeks PTO to start..), looking forward to DEI initiatives, love the charitable matches and service day off benefit.
Cons
Growing pains, team members needs to be flexible and open to change as we grow. Can't keep saying 'that's the way we've always done it'.
