Pros
You get to learn a lot about the airline and airport industries, which is pretty cool. The office is comfortable, the canteen is really good and extra activities (table tennis, billiard, etc) are nice too.
Cons
Where to start... This company is rotten in so many ways. I used to work here as a parttimer, and unlike the fulltime employees we were hired through an external company. Whereas fulltime employees were working in fixed shifts, we were allover the schedule. So the hours were extremely irregular and after a while you could notice that taking its toll on your health and social life. It also meant that we were not 'full' employees of Cygnific, but a bit of outsiders. A qualification to become a supervisor at this company seems to be incompetence. They are not so much supervisors, but marionettes for higher levels in the company. A supervisor ('teamlead') is supposed to be your friend, your first point of contact, whereas mine was suspicious of everything and very unsupportive. I did not feel comfortable talking to them about anything at all. Supervision sessions often included endless stories about my teamlead's personal life (to very inappropriate topics such as their dating life), and not so much about my professional development as a social media agent. Basic human interaction within this company seems to be rather difficult (agent .- supervisor relationships, that is). Working here was fun, though the job was routine and got boring after a while, but it was very tiring having to keep up with all the drama and gossip. I left in December 2016, but I understood they're currently firing all parttime external employees for any minor reason they can find. I do not give them the honesty they deserve, saying "we're going to let parttimers go we're so sorry". It's all mean games and I would not recommend anyone working here.
