      I feel bad for my nice co-workers. They don't deserve to be in this terrible place.

      Cons

      The management of Cygnet Group has no direction for the company and its employees. The work environment is very disorganized because the management is chaotic and terrible at communicating. Moreover, the lack of support for employee growth and development is also a huge issue here that negatively affects the atmosphere in the company and morale of the employees.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
