20+ year old company and not even 20 employees speak for itself - Information Security Consultant CyberQ Consulting Employee Review

1. They do not care for you. Management has no empathy for you. They do not care if you are ill or injured, they do not care for you or your family's health. 2. No holidays in the probation period. If taken salary will be cut. 3. No proper training for new joiners. 4. They do not care for your interests, they will assign you task they think are apt for you. 5. No freedom in participating in different projects or type of work. 6. Team leads are a joke. Application TL keeps himself infront of his team, only thinks about himself and reflects that openly. Will not train you if you are not in his team, will not say no to you on your face but nor will be teaching you just because you are interested. Only teach those who are actually in his team. This behaviour demotivates a person who wants to learn new things. Upper management approves his decision. 7. Network TL cannot manage stuff, no training from his side either. You ll learn on the go, which should not be the case as you will be working on client systems. 8. People here do not have email etiquettes, neither in internal mails not external. 9. A lot of politics going on from low level to high up.This makes the environment toxic for new joiners. 10. Not paid according to industry standards. 11. No recreational activities. 12. Bad Travel Policies. You are designated as a consultant, but you will be made to visit far off clients via Bus in this pandemic situation risking your life, and not a single person will ask you about your health or well being afterwards. Train for long distances. Will ask for bill proofs for all expenditure, even from places that do not issue bills. Also bad hotel quality. Cannot spend more than 1000 a day on a hotel. In the begining they will tell you that admin will take care of bookings and you take care of the work to be performed, but at the time of a travel project, they will waste your time and ask you to manage the travel on your own. 13. No HR Policies. They could not show me their policies for as Long as it has been. If a company is working on newer policies, they previous policies remain active, but they will not show them. Thus they make new policies on the go which support them than the employee. 14. They are an org which test clients for compliance, but themselves are using 10+ year old laptops with obsolete OSs. Which you will need to be carrying to client sites and office. Such big and heavy laptops, not at all convenient to carry and feel stupid to work on. 15. May ask you to sign bonds. (Big no if they do so buddy) 16. A Very Stressful Environment For a New Joiner. They will ask you to come to office every day, even though no training is being provided, even though they do not have laptops to be given to you. And will mail to management if you come late to office, even though hr and others leave office an hour or two early every time they visit. There were days when new joiners were the only employees present in the office, with no TLs , no management or Hr and no task were given to them. 17. They will tell you Saturdays are off, but when you ll join they ll ask you to work on sats too. 18. No special allowances. No medical insurance. No PF accounts. No gratuity. No bonuses. Do not join here even if you are desperate. Learn from others' mistakes. Look at other reviews and make a decision. If a single review would be bad it would seem suspicious, but every other reviews being negative speaks for itself.
