1. Great salary. 2. Freedom to be based with clients of your choice and technology preference. 3. Supportive account manager. 4. No work. No pay model, Pretty sweet if you are healthy aka don't get sick and rarely require x amount of leave days (You can choose how many days you would like to take leave or not)
Cons
1. Can be unpredictable based on clients' affordability. 2. Rate may be affordable to some and not to others thus limiting the options. 3. No work. No pay model - Sick leave would come at a cost or if you want to take x amount of leave days.
