Pay has been OK as of late While most of the original SOC team is now gone, they were an awesome group of professionals.
Cons
LEADERSHIP! The company was bought out by private equity about 2 years ago, ever since top leadership has been absolutely terrible. There is no real leadership, people are fired every month just to have new people hired in their place to be fired next month. Leadership changes their mind on direction of the company every 3 months and destroys everything in the process. Anyone who hasn't been fired has either left or is looking to leave. The tools and all infrastructure are a complete mess as everyone who knew how to maintain them are gone and by the time anyone new learns that tool they are fired.
