      Pros

      They pay pretty well. Flexible time off.

      Cons

      Every 2 to 3 months they would fire groups of people and then reassure everyone that was still there that they were fine and had nothing to worry about. Some people were fired within a couple of months of being hired without any real explanation. Overall most employees felt gaslighted.

      Base Comp is good Solid Clients Lots of smart people doing the work

      Cons

      Leadership is a trainwreck Terrible bonus structure Lots of unwritten rules that will burn you Absolutely terrible culture There is no trust between Leaders and workers Communication is non-existent.
