They provide snacks and beverages for employees. Also have accommodations for showering and sleeping after being out for 24-48 hours working during a snowfall.

Management spends numerous hours in meetings and don't care about ideas that would save time and money. They also don't care if they are invoicing customers with incorrect dates which is providing incorrect financials. Never got a review or a raise after a year. Extreme lack of communication to the appropriate staff.
