None so far! The company is still growing, so there may be some growing pains, but the culture more than makes up for it!

I have learnt so much in the time I have been at C&S, given so much ownership and had brilliant support from the founders. Really love my team, the office is nice and I can be flexible on where I work and come into the office.

We are a small business so its hard to switch off. Hours can be long, especially in busy periods and I occasionally have to work evenings/weekends.
