Pros

Great people, with some great ideas. Hybrid 3 day environment. Get to travel sometimes for the conferences.

Cons

0 automation tools to make that actually job easier, no responsibility or accountability when it comes to leadership dropping the ball. Constant shift and changes in product make it hard to keep up. There are people that have been at the company for 30+ years and will get every single sale and steal your leads stay far away from this company.

Pros

I really loved almost everything about my time at CMP. The President was always transparent and had a clear vision, the MDs were really smart, and the people were just great. They invested a lot in the feedback they got from the team in anonymous surveys, and then followed up with new initiatives. It was also, by far, the most fun I've had working anywhere. I genuinely enjoyed our in-office days and getting to spend time with the team. I'd absolutely come back if the time and situation were right.

Cons

Having most of Ops be remote in Florida was a little challenging when it came to collaboration.
