Pros

The company has a great team spirit. Everyone is super helpful and getting knowledge is easy when you take the initiative to ask your questions. The job in sales is demanding but fun (especially when you are successful). The 1000 Eur annual training budget and flexible work hours are nice benefits, I recommend working here. I left because my partner is relocating.

Cons

Startup craziness as usual. You need to take initiative to understand process, product and people.

Pros

Great, collaborative team and managers + divers and inclusive culture. Good feedback culture and very flexible in terms of working hours.

Cons

Challenging and heavy workload. Not everyone was getting replaced. So teams got smaller.
