Weekends off Good schedule Mon-Fri The employees are amazing and so kind, I felt as if we were family. We were all there for each other.
Cons
Extremely unprofessional. They have management screaming at you when they get mad. They do not follow safety guidelines, the place is so dirty and unsafe. They do not have anything a legit machine shop SHOULD have or do. The whole company is a mess they have nothing in order and all over the place and rushing to make sure they can pass their audit last minute. The management and president will not admit their wrong doings, they will blame you and then fire you with no reason. They do not pay any extra for running a second machine and does not give you a pay raise after a year being their like any other company I have been with. Low pay for how much you have to put up with. There is so much drama for a machine shop almost full of men it is pathetic.
