Flexible hours , yearly pay increase,bi annual bonus

Cons

No progression unless you friendly with management or your face fits.Hard work doesn't gets you nowhere and isn't appreciated.Lazy people get promoted.Only white British people get to progress.Lots of bullying.

Pros

People you work with Bank holidays and time off around Xmas Sometimes bonuses

-constant lack of work which makes you wonder why you bother coming in, no communication from any management when your going to get any more. -promotions given to certain managers at CIL who constantly make terrible decisions and have no common sense. They couldn't even do the their previous job role correctly. - toxic/miserable atmosphere due to points above, there isn't that many employees that like to work here. -your allowed to listen to music but your accused of being on social media and we're all tared with same brush (treated like children). -i have seen new employees start here and they are just left sat on a desk with no communication or any work given to them. Never looked after by anyone just abandoned. This is disgusting behaviour for a company and I've seen it many times. They are then let go. Etc. Some good staff members, place shuts around Xmas for couple of days Extremely poor management, zero communication, favourite employees

Toxic culture / cliques HR very corporate focused and will cover up bullying/mistreatment - information and conversations not kept confidential Progression opportunities limited unless you're in with the right crowd
