can work at your own pace as long as you get the job done, you are your own boss until you get back to whse. get to meet lots of great people, lots of great scenery. Local management and workers great to work with.

Equipment old and tore up, vehicles falling apart, building falling apart: leak's water, a/c-heater don't work. Owner and pres. don't have any experience in the field they were thrown into the company after death of Mr. Hoffman. Low pay. No incentives. No 401k match. Budget health care.
Before the changeover to the cantaloupe system, a hard worker could get a lot of work done and control his or her own schedule to a large extent.
Cons
Route commission have been cut by forty percent or more, and workloads have been greatly increased (by cutting routes, and assigning more work to the remaining drivers). Employees are not kept informed of what is happening with the company, and most of what we are told is usually obvious lies.
