Production expectations compared to wages were disappointing, especially in a city with such a high COL. This is the kind of place that rewards hard working & efficient employees with more work, so the high turnover rate isn't at all surprising.

Not many pros to working here

The place in the summer is horrid to work in, if you enjoy working in a full uniform in a 46 degree factory then go ahead
