Cons
Located in San Clemente, working with old unreliable equipment, lacks proper SOPs, warehouse and inventory system is horrible. I was trained by someone who only worked there for 2 weeks, like the blind leading the blind. its like you have to work with one hand behind your back, 4 people in the powder side yet management still nit picks and complains as if we were full staffed, Cant manufacture, keep the place spotless and inventory tight with 4 people. 2 who haven't even been with the company for 90 days. management does walk throughs, can see were understaffed and then will send messages complaining through the morning meeting. a lot of Gay talk, and innuendos amongst the crew and its led by someone in a leadership position, I was uncomfortable, asked other employees why they tolerated it and said "he's just playing" I had to tell him "Don't talk to me like that" and it stopped but type of talk and culture will get the company sued
