      Pros

      Beautiful products, good coworkers, occasional free lunch

      Cons

      The company has been going downhill for years, ever since the original owner stepped out of the picture. The current leadership has no idea what they are doing. Constant quality issues and poor sales have led to many layoffs. Now I hear they are even laying off office staff and senior sales people. Not sure how long they can last

      The people there are great to work with and they are very respectful.

      Pros

      Up scale cabinets , ability to produce 250 cabinets daily with multi finishes. Safe working condition, quality machinery.IT tech available, recycle material for heating building.

      Cons

      No real set schedule of hours, No pay raise in five years, not very good communication with changes in procedures. Not following thru with changes to my sure all the problems are worked out.
