      Decent medical and fringe benefits Opportunity to gain knowledge and work experience CEO/Owner is a nice guy with a keen understanding of restaurant operations.

      Cons

      The product is fundamentally flawed and needs a complete rewrite. CTO lives in denial, berates subordinates, gaslights others, and spreads toxicity. Most other C-levels are complete tools. No meaningful career advancement if your last name isn't Julian.

      Free soda, lots of bs townhall meetings with free food.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, Zero accountability, All the best talent leaves and goes to customers they support... constantly. You can call yourself a project manager and make only 40k a year... delusional management and most of the high paying jobs are family members of the owner... or sexing with the upper management.
