Pros
I've had a great experience working with Cushman & Wakefield as a property manager. One of the biggest pros is the flexibility they offer, which makes it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The location is also a huge plus—conveniently situated between home and work, which makes the daily routine much smoother. The team I work with is fantastic, and the property itself is well-managed and maintained.
Cons
More frequent company outings or team-building events would go a long way in strengthening internal culture. It would also be great to see more employee spotlight promotions to recognize the hard work being done across the board.
