Pros
• The product is actually great. Clients are happy and it feels good to see the final result after all the work.
• Pay was decent, especially working remotely.
Cons
• Management is really bad. No structure, no real leadership, just people figuring things out as they go.
• They don’t listen. Any idea to improve things gets shut down with “no time,” but somehow there’s always time to keep doing things the wrong way.
• Processes are outdated and messy. Nothing is efficient.
• Workload is insane. You have to work extra 2–3 hours every day if you want to survive. Otherwise, projects just don’t get done.
• Not enough people for the amount of work. Constant pressure.
• Training is basically nonexistent. You’re thrown in with bad documentation and expected to figure it out.
• Culture is rough. People are stressed, overworked, and it shows — communication can be harsh and sometimes disrespectful.
• No real interest from leadership to improve anything, which is the most frustrating part.
