Pros

Bonus is good when you achieve it quarterly. Used to achieve all time but very hard to of late.

Cons

Been with company many years and seen a lot of changes. No longer a good company to work for! Not had a pay rise in 8 years. No fun anymore. All about figures and pressure selling and forcing customers to have what they don't need or don't want. Always short staffed doing 5 things at once. Managers couldn't give a damn about you. Can't even have your half an hour lunch without being mithered. Behind customer services and continuesly busy.. You never stop and it's a thankless role. Have to sell services and have targets, doesn't matter what else you do in customer service role even when you delight the customer with problem solving.. Booking repairs in... It's all about how much money you can take.
