As a retail business, it’s very important that we are there when our customers need us to be and our colleagues will need to work shift patterns that are best for our customers and reflect trading patterns.
We have invested in and continue to invest heavily in staff training and compliance to transform the business over next couple of years, every colleague has access to our online e-learning.
Our company encourages an open and honest working environment between line managers and colleagues and we encourage all our colleagues to have an open and honest conversation with their line manager to solve any concerns. In addition to this, we provide all colleagues with access to our confidential colleague helpline for times when it’s not easy to have a particular conversation with your line manager.
