I really enjoyed the flexibility and liked to be challenged in a positive and respectful manner.

Intense work, like many companies that are eager to make it in the world of Bioscience. You've got to put in the work and time, definitely not a place for a "doing-the-minimum" mindset.

I honestly disagree with some of the things said here. I think culture is respectful, no bullying, harassing, or biased treatment. There are many colleagues from all over the world, North America, Asia, Europe, very fun to work with them. Reasonable hours, relatively flexible, and clear expectations, reward based on numbers (I really like objective way of measuring performance) Rewards smart work (personally I think working smart is so much more important than working hard). I love the WFH options, even before covid. SOOO much better than my last job.

Startup trying to make it work, struggles something to get the priorities straight, and sometimes change in management direction. Sometimes weird hours, need to work with other continents. Communication can be difficult sometimes dues to culture and language barriers. Won't take no for an answer, not sure if its good or bad, but sometimes its frustrating to find solutions.
