Pros
The team at Juniper feels like a family. The training is normal HQ stuff, but if you're willing to talk to people. You actually can get to know them, and it won't feel like corporate. The team is small, but everyone knows everyone so you can have fruitful conversations.
Cons
Management does seem to go on vacation a lot, so there are hours to pick up, but be ready to fill some shoes.
