Cons
We are owned by private equity...look at their history of debauchery. Blind and deaf management that know nothing about science yet rake in massive salaries based on the expertise of their humble and resilient scientists. Promotions will be based solely on time served and are insignificant raises for those that actually do the work for the company. To get a comfy position you will need to "fail up" and get an office job. Massive salaries (double of that of leading scientist) for mid-management that keep the real money makers (scientist) generating revenue passive and accepting of shorter timelines reduced resources. Also, the company is littered with perverse incentives, for example bonuses for sales team that shorten timelines lines and reduce budgets making it nearly impossible to finish projects keeping the customers happy. Luckily, they don't face the customers every week.
