Pros
The majority of staff is welcoming and helpful. The health insurance benefits are stellar. The downtown location is nice. My direct manager was intelligent, kind, and a good teacher.
Cons
The hours are long and the sense of community (as well as productivity) is burdened by indecision and micromanagement due to a distrust from management.
