      Good work enviroment. People is friendly and management has strong human skills. Big group with opportunities to move, but you have to find them.

      Unstable organizational structure Unclear definition of roles and responsabilities Impulsive leadership, who base decisions on gut and incomplete data Inconsistent leadership style and career opportunities across different business units
