Pros

Cummins Rocky Mountain is a wholly owned distributor of Cummins Inc. Cummins has a good product line. Ok pay and benefits, nothing spectacular for a company this size.

Cons

A lot of promises and surveys and Management spoke about employee satisfaction. Did not follow through on promises about improving leadership. Some in senior leadership are spiteful and punitive if you raise questions or concerns. This group makes a mockery of any kind of the code of conduct and Cummins policy on treatment of others.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
