Pros

Great facilities- new corporate building, on-site clinics.

Cons

The culture was not as good as they advertised. Very hierarchy driven. As a new grad from college, I did not feel welcomed or valued during my 2 years there. After talking to people graduated from the same graduate program, I realized that I was paid as an undergrad salary with my graduate degree. Layoff happens every 3/4 years.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
