      Pros

      There's a great company culture here with an emphasis on work-life balance and I've never felt micromanaged here.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing so fast, some of the HR protocols keep changing like our annual review process which is just a little annoying.

      Pros

      Great high profile projects to work on for many different market sectors (commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, etc.)

      Cons

      Corporate protocols although teams and projects are run independently. Benefits are not amazing for a company this size (3% 401K match, 6 week parental leave, medical insurances are ok)
