Relatively set schedule, flexibility, hybrid, great co-workers, opportunity for growth

Cons

Lack of transparency and compliance with state laws regarding pa transparency, lack of consistency between local management and corporate management, no consistency between offices throughout the company, lack of corporate standards to be used widespread

Great high profile projects to work on for many different market sectors (commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, etc.)

Cons

Corporate protocols although teams and projects are run independently. Benefits are not amazing for a company this size (3% 401K match, 6 week parental leave, medical insurances are ok)
