First, benefits and PTO are 100% public knowledge and all of that information can be found on the intranet, Team Member Handbook, or you can reach out to anyone in HR to collect that information. Of the total benefit spend, the company pays 95% of all team member premiums. Regarding the education of our senior leadership – The C-Suite, Principals, and Managing Directors all possess a Bachelors Degree with multiple Masters Degrees and numerous certifications. Regardless, as stated previously, please feel free to speak with Larry Berkel so we can fully understand any frustration you may have and work towards a resolution.
