Culver Academies employee experience - Senior Instructor Culver Employee Review

Blind allegiance by some (in positions of institutional power) to current Dean of faculty, untruths promoted by the latter to solidify his role/narrative, gossipy, lack of willingness to integrate constructive criticism aimed at benefiting institution at large, very slow to address increasingly grave challenges that put community at risk of losing the best colleagues. Culture and values as stated are excellent, however these are not consistently experienced, and may more generally be in decline, by those employed here.
