The nature of the industry and our clients makes the job stressful at time and you can feel the pressure but it truly only serves to push me forward and be better at my job.

Fair pay, decent benefits, co-workers are cool.

Unnecessary pressure put on employees by the board. Disorganized. No room for advancement and growth. Mistreatment of the individuals who are putting in all of the work and earning the company millions each month. Production: Be prepared to feel the pressure. Unless everything goes perfectly (which it never does in printing, there will always be mistakes beyond anyone's control) you will be made to feel like you are not doing enough and letting people down. Take it with a grain of salt. Sales: The board will use you for your connections in the industry and who you can get them connected with, then in some cases will take credit for the fact that those connections are clientele. Record-breaking sales are never enough. It will always fall on you when things are going slowly.
