Where do I begin, cut our pay, inorganized, inconsistent shipments, issues with inventory, unrealistic demands from corporate, extremely high foot traffic while being short staffed, store is always FREEZING, schedule is insane, benefits like employee discount and allowance are not easily accessible - it takes forever to get approved IF it even gets approved. No work life balance at all. Constant issues with POS systems and inventory. The company does not care about the members as individuals, they only care about numbers.
