Cons
Pay is not up to par with tech in BC for some roles - they have historically paid in stock. However, the stock options in the contracts have been minimal in some cases. This may change with the recent acquisition but something to be aware of. The leadership can be a bit lackluster and unorganized with people management and goals but this comes with the "startup" nature and culture. The performance can be very difficult to measure due to this. Success in your role can sometimes seem ambiguous - regular check-ins with your manager are a key.
