Pros
Only advantage that I can think of is that beginners can directly start working on projects. But they wont review any of your codes, so there would be no learnings, plus a simple mistake will result in reducing your salary
Cons
Everything in this company is not right. 1) They will never fulfill what they said when recruiting and keep on postponing your reviews and increments giving silly reasons like your English needs to improve. 2) They will treat you like school students. 3) Management is not professional at all when dealing the employees. 4) They will deduct salary for being late even for 1 min. 5) None of the projects or work that you do would be used by any of the customers. They entirely depend on one or two projects developed long time ago.
