Also we realize that you no longer feel comfortable in discussing your issues with us rather shared false information without verifying it from reliable resources. We have not received such responses from any other resource that they are being forced to work late or we have fired huge number of employees in an year. We are committed to retain our dedicated and performing resources and never fire employees except on disciplinary grounds. However, we are all here to support you and would like to address all the places we missed in delivering a great experience for you. We believe in transparency and are committed to create a comfortable, collaborative environment for all employees. Let’s work on challenging problems if any and solve them together. Pros

• Friendly environment and enjoyable teamwork. • Learning opportunities are strong due to helpful employees and supportive leaders.

Cons

• There’s almost no chance to move up or grow in your job. • Pay is lower than what you’d get for similar jobs at other places. • The CEO is always around, and it feels like people can’t speak up, even when they’re right. • The environment doesn’t feel safe for women especially because of the CEO. • It feels like getting promoted has more to do with staying on the CEO’s good side than doing good work. • There aren't any employee benefits.
