Pros
Amazing support from all senior and leadership teams with personal issues and any work related issues, for example I went through a physical loss in November and still need medical treatment even no and my personal team leader and his seniors are so caring and understanding that I can work time back or what I've already worked I can use, this company really shows the value of teams and you feel valued, I've worked at a few companies over the last 7 years in this area and this is by far the best and least stressful, I never have to worry because everyone here is so understanding and shoulders things with you. Before I started working here I was told it was a dreadful place that had given people mental health issues which slightly put me off but I like to go off my own experience so I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did, at my previous places like assurant I would have been punished and not allowed to go for treatment and weekly blood testing as their "SLA" didn't allow for it and here the it's like a family whereas places like radius were clique and no matter how hard you try to fit in in a could there, work for crystal because we all strive for improvement and since I've been here there has been a pay increase with new senior and leadership people who have innovated change! I have recently become part of the change here although it was a nerve wrecking process of interviews only a select few got the position but it was an experience I'm proud to have gone through and succeeded with help and advice my my own team leader when I've only been here just over 6 months.
Cons
I wouldn't really say there is any cons however the only thing I'd like to change is the core hours, the las test you can start is 10 and the earliest you can finish is 4 which I think should be 11 and 3 like most companies.
