You have a really good story writing skills. Please try writing instead of Project Management.
Further to your cons: I would really like you to let me know a single employee whose salary was deducted. But I can make you meet employees who have received 10% incentive for doing a good job and this has happened with developers not even marketing person as this the practice with marketing people in the world. But as a token of appreciation the company has done it.
The processes are in place and you should follow it. But if the project manager is so dumb that he cannot even follow the processes then the CEO will have to interfere. You seems to be not to experienced in the IT industry because there are lot many IT companies in the world which don't allow you to carry smart phones in the office due to security purpose and any other phone to reduce disturbance while working.
The deserving and people with the capacity are there in the company and who don't have are terminated. Sorry for all of them. Please increase your capacity and good luck for future endeavors.
