Nice place to work, Disappointing management - Anonymous employee Crye Precision Employee Review

I have been working at Crye Precision coming up on 1yr now, what an honorable and ethical ownership that reflects on the employees that I am proud to call my fellow colleagues. Anyone without the characteristics of Honor, Ethics and Morels would be the only ones to speak negative about Crye. All employees are treated as adults and no micromanaging, I am blessed and honored to have a place at the table with such creative and amazing ownership and employees.
