      - Easy to make your own schedule - Lots of job opportunities - Communicative

      - Hourly was lower with Crunch Care than other agencies. The low salary made me quit and get into private nannying.

      You can create your own schedule which is nice. You can have them auto fill your schedule if you'd like as well.

      Cons

      Hard to get consistent families at times.
