Not the worst job but still a pretty bad food industry job - Dishwasher/Baker/Prep Crumbles Cookies Employee Review

Owners were not great at managing when there Managers treated employees like we were robots and not human beings Hired a lot of teenage kids (to get away with paying them less) Some supervisors clocked out at 40 hours but kept working to not get in trouble going overtime but finish up working Never got paid for “paid training” Cut pay for several employees (several dollars per hour) through no fault of their own
