Pros

fast paced and super fun, rewarding work and friendships made on job, straightforward.

Cons

owner is seldom at the store and doesn’t fully understand situations that arise, thus stunting communication between store needs and employee needs, leaving your workplace high and dry. pay is much different than what is posted on indeed.

Pros

Fantastic people. The owners, management, and employees were great. I would definitely recommend working here as a part-time student (like I did) or as your first job. The management is very flexible with schedules if you are a student. The workload is great. Some days it can be very busy (6 people working at a time), and other days it can be very slow (down to 2 people).

Cons

I worked during the first Dubai week (Aug '25), and that was rough (up to 2 hour back orders). I have never had a week that busy since, but when a new Dubai cookie variation or a brand new cookie comes, it can get busy. Small con.

Pros

The pay with tips was never bad and I was friends and got along well with many of the other employees.

Cons

The management is awful and unprofessional, getting involved in our personal lives to an uncomfortable level as minors, even going so far as to ask another employee about my sexuality. The assistant manager tried to have an inappropriate relationship with me, and caused issues with my sister due to that. I got scheduled almost never, but when I did the work was unorganized, the store was always messy, and the customers were rude. The owner was almost always in Florida and was often unhelpful to the operations of the store. However, he thought he knew everything so he forced the manager to schedule less people for a shift to reduce “labor costs” which only forced us to stay much later closing and cleaning. Once, I was there until midnight on a school night and we had not even finished, so the shift lead stayed until 1:30 A.M.
