      Part of Johnson and Johnson family of companies. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Turnover is very high. Most people are either looking for another job or generally unhappy to be at work. Management doesn't care enough to listen to their employees. This group will probably last one more year.

      Finance department has a lot of opportunity to grow as the company is now part of Johnson & Johnson company. Moreover, there are some opportunity to gain international experience.

      The working environment is highly demanding
